Privacy policy
This policy covers staffinginlatinamerica.com and the forms on it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you submit a hiring plan request or the cost calculator, we collect the details you enter: name, email, company, phone (optional), target countries, roles, headcount, hiring model, timeline and any notes.
We also record basic context about how you arrived: the page URL you submitted from and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) present in that URL. We do not collect payment details on this site.
Why we use it
To prepare and send the costed hiring plan you asked for, to route your enquiry to the specialist covering your market, and to follow up about that enquiry.
Aggregated, non-identifying figures may inform the benchmark ranges we publish. Individual submissions are never published.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in our managed database and are accessible only to Gracemark personnel involved in responding to your request, and to the infrastructure providers hosting the site and database on our behalf.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymized. If an engagement begins, the associated records are kept for the period required by the applicable employment and tax rules in the relevant country.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
Every email we send about your enquiry includes an unsubscribe option, and replying with “delete my data” is sufficient to trigger deletion.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party session and performance measurement to understand page use, conversion paths and Core Web Vitals. This can include a session identifier, page URL, referrer, campaign parameters, browser information, language and approximate country. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers on this domain, sell this information or send form contents to advertising networks.
International transfers
We operate across Latin America and the United States, so the information you submit may be processed in a country other than your own. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual protections with the processors involved.
