Referrals
In Latin America the best hires still come from someone vouching for someone. The SILA referral program is deliberately simple: one relationship at a time, full visibility for you, and a paid recognition when your referral is placed.
Who they are, how you know them and what they are good at. That is the whole ask.
Only with their knowledge. No cold scraping. They hear that you thought of them, and you get told the same day we contact them.
Shortlist, interview, decision, assessed on skills and experience like every other candidate. You hear each step instead of wondering what happened.
Confirmed in writing before we contact them, paid after they complete 90 days.
Send us a name and how you know them. No CV scraping, no bulk lists, one relationship at a time.
You get a confirmation when we contact them, when they enter a shortlist and when a decision is made.
If your referral is placed and completes 90 days, you receive a referral bonus under the SILA referral program. Amounts depend on the role band and are confirmed in writing before we contact your referral.
We attribute the referral to you for 12 months, even if the placement happens on a later role.
A referral gets a faster first read, never an easier bar. Every profile is evaluated on skills, experience and readiness for the role, with no consideration of age, sex, race, nationality, religion, disability, family status or any other personal characteristic.
Refer only people who know you are sharing their details. We confirm with you in writing before we reach out, and anyone can ask us to delete their profile at any time.

SILA is an equal-opportunity employer and a Gracemark company. We hire, refer and place on skills, experience, and readiness for the role. We do not consider age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, colour, ethnicity, nationality, migration status, religion, political opinion, union membership, marital or family status, pregnancy, disability or health status, and we do not accept requests from clients to do so. Language ability and location are only assessed where the role genuinely requires them.
