How the network works
- 1. You join once. Track, seniority, market, language and availability. No account to maintain.
- 2. A recruiter reviews it. Human review, not a keyword filter. We tell you which tracks fit.
- 3. We match you to live demand. When a client opens a role in your track and market, you hear the client, scope and pay before anything else.
- 4. You stay in the network. Assignments end. Your profile does not.

Our mission
The challenge we set ourselves is simple to say and hard to do: assemble a regional network of professionals whose real work experience is already proven, and whose curiosity about AI is turning into shipped capability. Not people learning buzzwords, people applying judgement they earned in operations, finance, engineering, support and design to AI-era work for demanding US companies.

The best people in this region are found through other good people. Our referral program is deliberately simple and deliberately not a points game.
Refer someone you would work with again
Send us a name and how you know them. No CV scraping, no bulk lists, one relationship at a time.
We keep you informed
You get a confirmation when we contact them, when they enter a shortlist and when a decision is made.
Referral recognition on placement
If your referral is placed and completes 90 days, you receive a referral bonus under the SILA referral program. Amounts depend on the role band and are confirmed in writing before we contact your referral.
Your referral stays yours
We attribute the referral to you for 12 months, even if the placement happens on a later role.
Referrals are assessed like every other candidate
A referral gets a faster first read, never an easier bar. Every profile is evaluated on skills, experience and readiness for the role, with no consideration of age, sex, race, nationality, religion, disability, family status or any other personal characteristic.
Consent before contact
Refer only people who know you are sharing their details. We confirm with you in writing before we reach out, and anyone can ask us to delete their profile at any time.
